Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming cybersecurity by automating vulnerability discovery, exploit development, and cyber operations at a scale and speed that legacy digital infrastructure was never designed to withstand. At the same time, policy debates once treated separately — including cybersecurity, privacy, platform regulation, and cross-border data flows — are increasingly converging into a broader struggle over control, resilience, and security in the AI era.
